A One-Day Iron Excellence Leadership Intensive — Open to All Personnel
Leadership is not a title. It is a capability — and every person in your dealership can build it.
Leaders of the Future is a one-day workshop designed for the people who actually run your operation: technicians, parts personnel, service advisors, administrators, and managers alike. Built on the Iron Excellence methodology, the course translates leadership development into the language of the shop — diagnosing before replacing parts, torquing accountability to spec, and acting on the two-dollar bolt before it becomes a catastrophic failure.
Participants spend the day in six hands-on modules covering communication and diagnosis, accountability without authority, ownership and the cost of inaction, and leading through the technological shift reshaping the trade — autonomy, telematics, electrification, and cloud-based diagnostics. Every participant leaves with a measurable 90-day leadership maintenance plan and one team-level culture improvement they can implement without waiting for management approval.
Because if you can't track it, we don't teach it.
Who it's for: All personnel — shop floor to corner office
Format: One-day on-site intensive (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Deliverables: Completed leadership self-assessment, accountable conversation practice, 90-day maintenance plan with 30/60/90-day checkpoints, team culture commitment, and a scheduled 30-day follow-up
The outcome: A dealership where leadership doesn't wait for permission — and skilled people have one more reason to stay
